Hey, I'm Gill—the heart and soul behind Resilient and Balanced Dance Fitness! When I'm not teaching, you'll find me enjoying the beach with my wild crew: my husband and our three gorgeous little ones. We live for music, nature, and seizing every precious moment, even amidst the beautiful chaos of juggling three kids and running multiple businesses. That's why building community is so important to us.
I'm incredibly passionate about empowering women. I believe in celebrating every spark within you and reminding you of the incredible magic you possess. I'm here to cheer you on and inspire you to shine brightly—never let anyone dim your light.
My journey hasn't been easy. I've faced challenges and childhood trauma that led to PTSD, OCD, body dysmorphia, and eating disorders. I've also experienced heartbreaking losses, including a stillbirth and losing my dad to cancer. Life threw me curveballs—a complicated pregnancy and my daughter's serious health issues—but through it all, I found my breakthrough. These experiences taught me how precious life is and inspired me to turn my pain into purpose by creating R&B Dance Fitness.
This is a safe space where we embrace who we are, connect with our bodies through movement, and nurture a new, loving relationship with ourselves. I know many of you are quietly navigating your own struggles.
